Terms & conditions

- When in agreement with our offer, the transfer of the (down)- payment is a silent agreement with our terms & conditions.

- Menus can be slightly adopted depending on stock presence of certain products..

- Dishes can slightly differ from pictures.


Dinner events

Bookings

- Upon receiving your inquiry we will prepare you a offer tailor made for your unique preferences.

- When in agreement with our offer, we will ask a 50% down payment to make the booking.

- The second part of the payment is due out most 7 days before the event.

= If the second part of the payment is not succeeded with in the agreed upon period of time, we will send one reminder. If the payment is still not successfully made, we will see this as a cancellation from your part, 

- In case there is a  pay-back needed from our side, we  transfer the the whole amount within 2 days

- Any alteration in offer after down payment has been made is only possible when in agreement with Lady Chef Ibiza.


Cancellation

Cancellation from our side: 

- We will always try to avoid cancellation from our side in all ways possible, but In any case, cancellation from our side will occur, we will transfer back the full amount off all payments that have been made for this booking, this within 2 days off cancellation.

Cancellation from your side

- With cancellation from your side we will keep all payments that have been made so far as a compensation for the costs that have been made already and potentially missed revenue by keeping the dates.


In-house chef

Booking

- After your inquiry we will provide a offer with a detailed descriptions of  menus, scheduled dinner moments and chef and expected food cost per day in a offer. 

-  To make the booking we ask a down payment of the total amount.

- Changes in menus an dinner times, can be made in agreement with both parties..


Cancellation

From our side:

- When cancellation from our side occurs we will try our best to provide with another option, if options are not up to the clients standards, we will reimburse the total amount within 2 days of cancellation. 

From your side:

- When cancellation from your side occurs we will reimburse the full amount of the expected food cost. The full amount of the chefs cost we will keep as compensation for possible made costs and or potential missed revenue to safe the date.

Booking

- After we receive your request we will send you a confirmation of your order with a payment link, as soon is the payment in completed we will send you a confirmation of your purchase, with delivery details attached.

- When there occur any changes in desired delivery date, in agreement with Lady Chef Ibiza these dates could be changed to another date that year.

- If there are any desired changes in location and or time of delivery, when in agreement with Lady Chef Ibiza this can be altered,
