 About Me


I am Kelly van Riswick, and a small introduction isn't out of place. Born and raised in Amsterdam,

 I’ve spent the past 15 years immersed in the hospitality industry, working across multiple roles and locations. My journey has taken me through the kitchens of top restaurants, teaching at a cooking school, leading culinary workshops, and managed restaurant setups for others. Each experience has shaped my approach to food—one that blends technique, creativity, and a deep respect for quality ingredients.

Four years ago, I stepped away from the restaurant world in Amsterdam and into the private sector in Ibiza, embracing the freedom and creativity of fine dining on a more personal level. This journey has allowed me to craft unique culinary experiences, tailored to each client, while exploring the versatility that comes with working in private settings. Beyond the food, I take pride in finding the right people to collaborate with—building a team that shares my passion for quality, innovation, and exceptional hospitality.
